The world is full of Internet business hoaxes that, well, seeks to con everybody not in on the act of their hard-earned money. If you are not careful, you might just join the ranks of these fools who have been taken in by promises of great wealth with little to no effort on your part.

Keep in mind that wealth comes with work and with work comes wealth. Yes, even the heirs and heiresses of this world must work for their wealth at one point or another if and when they wish to keep living the lifestyles of the rich and famous. Anyways, here are the two of the most common Internet business hoaxes that you must beware of. The best advice you might receive in your financial life is to avoid these so-called moneymaking opportunities like the bubonic plague itself.

Craft Assembly

Let's say you have a knack for doing craft projects and you want to turn it into a moneymaking opportunity but you don't have the capital. So, you turn to the Internet for sites that offer to pay you money in order to complete craft assignments, often on a per-piece basis. You will be sent craft projects particularly in toy assembly, which will come with instructions and kits. As soon as you finish the project, you will send the completed thingies back to the company only to be told that your work did not pass their quality standards.

Welcome to the world of becoming an unpaid slave on the online assembly line. You have just wasted your time and effort on one of the most obvious Internet business hoaxes. You could have used the time and effort for other legitimate business opportunities like Internet marketing. In this case, you will not be asked to assemble things and not be paid for it but instead, you will be asked to promote a product and be paid for it, guaranteed.

Medical Billing

In a recession, the medical service sector is one of the very few industries that suffer little. This is not a surprise considering that hospitals are businesses that never go out of business since all individuals will require medical care at one point or another. Riding on this fact, you are promised with software and technical support to start your own medical billing service at home. Of course, with the promise is the assumption that first you have to pay at least $300 for said software and support.

Needless to say, like all other Internet business hoaxes, you cannot make use of the products you paid for. This is because hospitals either have their own billing systems or outsource them to big organizations, never to individuals with doubtful software. And don't even think of getting your money back from the promoter of the medical billing software. It will be easier to ask Count Dracula to stop feeding on human blood, if you can imagine it.

And yes, you should have read the fine print that says the company will not be liable for virtually anything. Again, you could have just found yourself a reliable Internet marketing company that will allow you the freedom to do your thing to promote the products without you paying them anything, plus you get paid, too.

Indeed, not being fooled by Internet business hoaxes means always keeping your wits about you.
